The Brief
Rain as an instrument, the valley as an orchestra: a self-initiated film about waiting out the weather.
Most productions in Nepal treat the monsoon as a cancellation. We treated it as the subject. Shot across four storms, with sound recorded binaurally on rooftops and in courtyards.
The piece now opens our showreel, a reminder that the studio's favourite briefs are the ones nobody gives us.
